I've read some of the other reviewers comments and I couldn't disagree more. Firstly, there is a receptionist who answers the phone. Secondly, they were very professional, reasonably priced and efficient. When I had a problem with some screening they installed, a technician was out the next day to fix it. I highly recommend them to my friends, neighbors, family and anyone who needs screen repairs, a screen enclosure built, storm shutters or impact windows: They do it all!

They gave me a quote about 6 months ago for patio windows. I call them back today, a disgraceful guy answered "don't call us ever again, we're booked the whole year for bigger projects 20-30 grand. You're too small for us." Wow!!! I guess the guy lives in the cave his whole life, doesn't have manners and get too excited with 30 grand project that comes once in his pathetic lifetime.
This company does not follow through with their customer's problems. They enclosed my patio with acrylic panels and windows. I have had leaks since installation. Do not use this company. This was after last nights rain.
These guys are so polite and hard working. I had windows installed recently, and they just got done what was needed. The owners are so involved and the guys that work for them are polite and professional. Bill came and did the estimate; I needed the work done right away, so they got right to it. The windows that were ordered for my house turned out to not fit perfectly, but they were able to correct the problem with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
