Rick Case Hyundai

Not one time have I had decent service at the Rick Case Hyundai in Weston, Florida. One time I was waiting at the dealership to find out the status of my breaks and was left alone for four hours before I had to go up and inquire about my vehicle. It turns out they didn't bother to ask me for authorization in checking my brakes and therefore i was not responsible for the charges. Most recently I took my car back because the breaks were still squeaking and decided to drop it off at 9:30am. I called numerous times around twelve and could not get a hold of the service associate. I had told him earlier I needed my car by two. I arrive to pick up my car to find out they just discovered what was wrong with the vehicle after 5 HOURS! On top of that they had not fixed my visor that needed a quick five minute repair. I had to wait for that to be fixed when I arrived. I have given up on this dealership. After taking my car in two separate times for them to fix my dash that was popping out and failing to fix it correctly, I refuse to ask again. They even make it difficult to do a simple oil change. This in the most incompetent dealership I have ever visited and would prefer to drive out of my way to another dealer to fix my problems, hoping they will not have the same lousy service. I feel like it is a waste my time to take my car to this dealership, for everytime they have a hard time accomplishing anything.
