Jeff Bowie, President of Modern Image, spent 15 years working for Trammell Crow Company and CB Richard Ellis, two of the largest property management firms in the nation. Many of these years were spent in various leadership positions, providing Jeff with a complete understanding of what it takes to make a property look its best. He also understands the demand on property managers and associations in terms of budget constraints, documentation and reporting. In 2003, Jeff purchased Modern Image Landscape & Design, an established landscape contracting company specializing in commercial properties, apartment complexes, condominiums and managed residential communities. Modern Image blends superb horticultural skills with a property manager's mentality. Having us on your team will make your job easier and give you the confidence that your landscape is being taken care of the way you had always hoped it would be.
