        Overall

        As others have posted, their customer service...or complete lack of, is unbelievable. Forget the fact that they hardly ever answer their cellphone, they make promises they knowingly do not intend to keep regarding when a repair would be completed. The technician, who seems to be the owner, was totally unprofessional; actually daring me to write a review or call the company's headquarters. No one should suffer the compounding problem of having a broken device, with the broken promises and the poor attitude of this establishment. There are certainly other businesses which will treat customers appropriately. It is truly sad that this small business lacks the one thing all businesses need to succeed, customer service.
