Delicious and fresh customizable food! Fun atmosphere in downtown Davenport. There is a wide variety of dishes/options and great for vegetarians. You can choose various types of noodles (or choose potatoes), different sauce options, and veggies. You can create your own bowl or choose from their menu. They have salad, soup, rolls, and bread sticks as well. You could have an Italian dish, while a friend eats a Chinese dish, and another friend has more of an American mash-up!It's street parking, but seems like a pretty safe area. It can be kind of hard to find a spot on the weekend when everyone is out and about on the town.They have a punch meal card program, too - every so many bowls you purchase you get one free.It seems they keep adding to their menu each time we go! Definitely recommend this for a night out on the town with your friends. Not a large space, but pretty unique.

After undergoing a 2 month application process with the leasing company here, they had pre-qualified us for a 2 bedroom apartment for myself, my husband and our 7 month old son. We gave them our income information and everything else they asked for. At no point during these conversations did they inform us that we were over the income guidelines. To qualify for their rental properties, you must be under $38,100 per year. My husband YTD has made $9370, in 3 months. Which would put him at 37480 per year. Unfortunately, with his job his income varies greatly from 1 quarter to the next. Because of this, they denied us after forcing us to give notice to our current apartment complex and break the lease 3 months early. Because we had paid our current lease termination fees, we don't have enough money for a down payment on a different apartment complex before the end of this month. We have 30 days to figure it out, rather than 3 months, because of their shady and unprofessional practices.
Well if you like fish that is so s tries soggy that it tastes like it was soaked over night in a bathtub, and a waitress that tries to charge $2.00 for extra lemons but doesn't tell you until she brings the bill, then this is the place for you!
We love going here! The food is always very fresh and tasty. The staff is very nice too. They have the best egg foo young! Great for vegetarians.
Avoid at all costs. Truly a terrible company. Their properties are basically slums, despite what the website pictures may suggest. When we moved in last year, our home was filthy, had at least a dozen maintenance issues, had nails sticking out of the walls that had been painted over, a completely overgrown back yard, and the garden shed was literally flipped upside down sitting on its roof in the back of the yard. For the entire year we lived in that house, I can remember only one maintenance request that I did not have to follow up on at least three or four times. Some of them were major issues, too. Our only toilet was essentially nonfunctional and it took two months of constant hounding to get it fixed. We had a major flood during a big rainstorm that caused damage to the walls of the living room and brought in 2 inches of standing water to the home, and maintenance never even came out to look at it, even after I called back repeatedly to report mold growth on the walls. We ate the cost of a wet vac and fans on that one. Additionally, their business practices are seriously shady. We moved out over two months ago and STILL have not received our security deposit, despite leaving the property in better condition than we found it. After a week of calling, they assured us it had been sent out already, then when we threatened legal action they suddenly claimed they couldn't refund the security deposit because they didn't own the property and the owner had to issue the check to us, not them. Despite the fact that 1) we made the original check out to FPM, 2) we've never heard from nor dealt with the property owner in any capacity whatsoever, and 3) literally every other transaction, financial or otherwise, dealing with the house was administered through FPM. And why did they originally tell us they'd sent the check if they knew that "the property owner has to issue it?" The short answer is because their staff is rude, useless, dishonest, and generally terrible. We've been hung up on, and we've been yelled at. Regarding the above issue, first we were given a fake phone number (seriously) for the property owner when we tried to resolve it that way. Then, after calling several more times, we were told that the president of the company (Wendy Frieden) was the only one who knew anything about security deposits and no one else could answer questions about them. We left three messages for her and tried to see her in person once, and never heard anything. We even sent a letter to her demanding that she call us immediately, which she received and ignored. We called multiple times to ask for her directly, and the people answering the phone appeared to be screening her calls and made up some excuse for why she couldn't talk to us (this one is admittedly speculation, but when I call multiple times and ask when she'll be in the office, and each time the person on the phone has to pause and think for a second before saying "I don't know, maybe today or tomorrow," I have to assume). In short, we're kicking ourselves for renting from these people, and I truly would hate for anyone else to have to go through all the hassle we've gone through. Rent from a private landlord, you'll be much, much happier.
Great food, prices, and wait staff. I would of given 5 stars, but it took about 10 minutes before the waitress came over. Once she did, she was great.
Please do not waist your time. My move in date is tomorrow and I have not once seen my appartment nor signed my lease and they won't return any of your phone calls so don't hold your breath the lady's in the office are deffentily only there because of there looks most unprofessional people I've ever felt with. Haven't talked to anyone for 2weeks every time I call they never anwser or it's this or that, always a dead end I beg you please don't make the same mistake I did by choosing the cross creek apartment buildings if you want to be happy it's a bunch a stress and hassle just to get them to do there job
