Horrible Service, IT might help if the company would pay employees more and give them an opportunity to prove them selves instead of not caring for 10,000 thru 100,000 dollar cars that come thru and how clean and the damage that might happen just because the employees literally dont care!! Worst Carwash ive ever experienced. Ill never go back!!
Will not go there again! Took my car in for full service wash. Back end of the car had soap foam still on it. The worker proceeded to dry it, leaving streaks on trunk and tail light. While waiting a Chevy pick up came out of wash with loads of foam still on the back end, again they proceeded to dry the truck. We took our truck last week for full service wash and looked the truck over, only to find a foot print on the passengers seat,. The drying person stepped on the seat to dry the roof! A month ago it was a great place. Looking for another place to take my auto's.

Will not go there again! Paid 75.00 for an interior detail, came out looking horrible. Carpets were not shampooed, glass was all streaky, and they just spray cheap Armour All on everything. All the leather and plastic was greasy. Not worth the money at all! I even had them do it a second time, and the glass came out looking worse! Paper towels and Windex would have done a better job.
Don't go there. They don't understand the word "no". After telling the guy I didn't have time for any specials, I was on my way to a funeral and all I had time for was an interior vacuum and run through wash. when asked if I wanted a wax for $15.00, I repeated myself saying I had no time for that. I thought 42.99 was rather high for a run thru wash, but didn't have time to dicker about the price so I paid. The kid that dried my car came up and told me to drive around the corner for my detail. I told him I didn't ask for a detail, and he told me, "well, you paid for one". When I told him I told the guy I didn't have time for any specials, he said, " it happens all the time, you just need to talk to the manager". I told the girl at the cash register I would not be returning for a detail and asked her to refund the portion I was charged for the service I didn't ask for and she refused, getting the manager, who also refused to adjust the charges that were in error. as it is I paid for a service I flat out said "no" to, and they got away with it.
