I used to think that Best buy stank, if you had to contact them about an issue by phone, they would put you on hold forever, and maybe even hang up. I think the store in Davenport, IA is under new management, because they done a complete 360, as far as customer service. they are friendly and helpful, they have a reward zone card, that registers your purchase, and earns points. I bought a Samsung Galaxy tab 2.I have just started having battery problems,so I called Best buy and they are willing to exchange for a new tablet, even though I have no idea where my receipt is (the garbage is my guess)I have had very positive experiences with the store for the last year or so, and at this time, I will not buy electronics anywhere else.truly love that store!
This s not my usual review but I feel people need to know. Terrible place with terrible lines for the customer. Promised my daughter cell phone covers (her money her bday) but did not have them in store. This was the end of June. The 'shipment' never seemed to come in. Now we cannot get the person on the phone who sold them to us as he is in meetings or left early for the day. Steve and Drake have both made weeks of empty promises. I realize these are small products but I value integrity and this place has absolutely none.
