At best, their service is hit and miss. Longer then expected service times, bad or no communication, billing overcharges, etc means that they end up setting the expectation that we customers get what we get, when we get it. I had to deal with a sales rep who lied and used his position at Truck Country to get a commercial discount for auto service on his personal vehicle. He scammed us for the commercial price by telling us we were billing through Truck Country then told us he was paying with his own CC. Then he has the nerve to ask for another discount. What is going on at Truck Country? I hope we never have to deal with them or their employees again.
