Also the link you sent with a live map to see what my driver looked like and where he was at was awesome. I watched him pull right up to the door in real time on the map app. That was really cool. First off I would like to say that you guys are a Awesome Service. I have used these guys for a long time now. Second i feel that i should respond to that so called one star rating from Brown D. When they give you a eta they give you a real one. If they tell you 15 minutes then that's what it is. If they are busy and tell you 45 min to a hour then thats what it is. They dont tell you 15 minutes like some other cab companies do and then you wait forever. They even text you with your eta and who your driver is. If you don't like the wait time they give you. then call somebody else don't whine about it. You probably left a review for the wrong business or your one of those spammers.

They were the only ones to make arrangements for me on a Saturday night. All the other cab company's were to busy to help me. I would recommend that of you have to go somewhere on a fri or sat night to call ahead and schedule a pick up time. Thank you guys. I will definitely use you from now on.
