I agree with Samantha L. ~ We have phoned them & get no answers. No help with our issues. We've been out there 4 times in as many months! We continue to get the run around. And just now, when she asked me if I wish to leave my name and number for a call back from the manager, ha! That's a joke because HE NEVER CALLS BACK!My daughter was JUST called and told that they "wash their hands of their product ~ and to come get it"! My mother spent $130 plus for a walker that has NEVER worked for any of us. They try to blame "Customer error" on an 83 year old not knowing how to use it! We've had it back to them 4 or 5 times in 4 months and they'll do NOTHING FOR US! Now they're "washing their hands of it"! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT ROSS MEDICAL!!! You'll be sorry and you'll waste your money!
