Kk Nails in Davenport, IA

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years. Reason for great customer service. After the experience today will never go back. The older guy was so rude to me and it looks like a two year old could of done them better. Charged me $37 for them also. All I did was show him a picture of what I’d like done and he said he didn’t have that design. I was ok with that but then he said because I washed my hands with soap it ruined something and the polish wouldn’t be smooth. Again I’ve been going here for two years. Never been told this. Very upsetting I even have nail polish on hand

Bad experience. They charge twice what other Salons I have been to do for a pedicure. Their nail techs were nice but couldn't do any detail work. They also charged us more then we were quoted and front desk couldn't care less about the discrepancy. But their new policy about only allowing cash tips wasn't explained over the phone so you are forced to use their trashy looking ATM in the lobby to get money out at a fee to you. I have know two people who got horrible hair dos for weddings and a couple of people that got a bad massage. Oh yeah and you feel like you are in a closet in the pedicure room.

They are super sweet. My shellac can last up to 4 weeks. Very clean and not expensive. Highly recommend!!

I visited Victoria Ann's and discovered a professional salon offering a variety of services. Had a Facial and electrolysis. Both were excellent and I will be back and a regular at this shop,

My wife daughter and myself stopped in for our appointment at 3:30pm on the 24th of December. We all had pedicures, which was nice except for the rush of various team members doing my wife's and daughters manicures. I felt like a was in the middle of NASCAR pit crew. They said they were trying to get done to have their Christmas party. I appreciate the reason,however if you're not going to do a decent job because of time constraints,then don't schedule so close to your party. As the result they didn't remove all the old polish painted over it and then...told my wife it was her natural nail. Here is where I should mention the very same person who stated this, did my wife's nails the time before this and did a very good job. And now my wife has a nail deformity?? Seriously??? We just wanted the two nails, not all ten,just the two.But again she claimed it was because my wife's natural nails where the issue. If you make a mistake,repair it move on. If you didn't,then be able to show the customer the issue,don't fabricate hoping your customers are ignorant. We will NOT be back

Great place to get your nails done! They did a very good job! They made sure you were ok with how your nails looked and were very friendly!!!

Had my nails done 9/4/15 today is 9/6/16 the polish is already coming off.

Walked in and got cared for immediatly. Jenn took such good care of my nails and was a joy visiting with. Will return! My hands look lovely.

Horrible service. Staff was the extremely rude. My mother sat in a broken chair for 20 mins before moving her to another. Ladies were very rough with giving me a pedicure. So much for a relaxing day off. Never ever again. I will take my business else where!!

Used to go to Cali Pro in the mall and always liked the way Kelly did nails , so I was excited when I heard she was opening her own store, my husband and I want there tonight and couldn't of been happier, the staff was friendly and great , plus the prices were very fair , overall I will be going back and recommending Kelly Nails to everyone.
