We LOVE HuHot, and drive an hour north to dine there every chance we get, two or three times a month. This is a great place to create your own low-carbohydrate/ diabetic meal. Excellent selection of meats and vegetables -- and noodles for the carb-happy -- and great sauces, and oils, to add to the main meal, select-your-own stirfry. Good soups to accompany the meal, too. There is absolutely nothing similar, unless you head to Everett, Washington! The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and the folks on the grill are skilled and friendly (tip them well).
