The tech (Chris) showed up on time and was very professional. He diagnosed problem quickly and made repair at reasonable price. Tech even checked freon pressure and several items for no additional charge. Did not try to sell unnecessary services or service contracts. I will be using their service from now on.

I can't say enough good things about Davenport Heating & Cooling. Their prices are unbeatable. Their quote was from $1500 to $2500 less than two other quotes we had, and those quotes were for lesser systems. The service was outstanding. They went above & beyond to get my split system installed very quickly, even though I called at the last minute to have it done. Every phone call returned promptly, & everything explained so I understood what was going on. Honesty, integrity, & professionalism. When part of the system arrived, ****** had second thoughts about it being big enough, so he went to a larger unit at no extra charge. Rerouting lines, building a new air return box, adding a condensate pump, upgrading the thermostat; all done above & beyond what we originally decided on... no extra charge. Honestly, too many of the extra personal touches to list. They even left the yard & garage cleaner than it was when they started. You can call around for other quotes from other companies, but you won't need them. You'll end up calling Davenport Heating & Cooling. You'll definitely be glad you did.
