Brad's Discount Tire & Auto

I've been here in the past. people seem to always be on the ball. But here lately the workers seem like they have no clue what they are doing. A few months ago i had an alignment done & the guy acted like he had no clue what he was doing. while waiting in the customer lounge, the language I heard was unbelievable, & the time it took to service my vehicle was ridiculous. I definitely will be finding another place that is more professional & customer friendly !

As a long time customer, I really thought highly of this place... Good prices, great customer service, But I've realized now that the old manager Zach is no longer there the customer service is very POOR, the price's are through the roof! I will no longer have my vehicles serviced here!

Brads is the only place i will take my car! Zach fixed my focus when no one else could!!! I love this place :)

We just had 2 new low profiles put on the back of our BMW 650i with custom rims and are pleased with both the work done and the friendliness of everyone I spoke to. We have another car, a Cadillac that we won't hesitate taking to Brad's in the future.

This an Honest, place to get your car worked on. We have been taking our vehicle to Brad's since Zach took over and now my family has there vehicles fixed there and we have daughters who drive and want their cars to be reliable and Zach always takes care of us. His crew is knowledgeable and is straight forth with what is wrong with our vehicle. Actually this is our 2nd vehicle we have taken to Brad's. I would not trust anyone else. I always know I am getting what I pay for and that means everything at this time with the economy to have someone work on your vehicle who is not going to rip you off or add extra things you don't need. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks to Brad's for making me feel safe in my vehicle.

I have recommended Brad's to strangers. Why? Because their service is awesome to say the least. The manager is honest and hard-working and so are the employees. What more could you ask for? I have taken my vehicle there several times for things as simple as an oil change, to tires and alignment, brakes, a full tune up and A/C service. My truck has never been better and it's a '99, not a new car but it runs better now than it ever has. I have NEVER had a problem and I highly recommend Brad's for their great customer service!

I too agree with the comment posted below about the Sun person, If you read the review this "Girl" went to Haines City Car Care for what sounds like the same situation and got mad at them when she told them something one thing wrong and it was something else. Liars man! Seriously all she had to say was negative about anyone she posted about. I have been going to Brad's since they opened and have followed Zach since he was at the Truck stop over 5 years now. I trust him and he is an honest guy. He has also had Drew working with him since the truck stop and no one does a better alignment so I have to believe all these comments are because someone didn't get something for free!

I won't let anyone else but Brad's work on my truck. I can't believe some of the reviews these people are posting, when I read about what was going on, on Facebook I had to jump in here and say that I only go to brad's and trust Zach 100% with my vehicle. I like to be able to walk into a business and shake the hand of a manger or the owner and know they know me on a first name basis. I love how the lady Sun2009 posted that she was a girl and would never presume to tell a mechanic how to work on her car but then claims in a review of another car place that she told the guy what was wrong.. WOW! She knew her car was crap apparently when she brought it there cause she already said another place screwed it up! I smell.... BS?

i took my car to brads for 4 tires and an alignment after car not being ready when stated i paid for the repairs got in my car to find a print out stating alignment still not correct so asked the guy standing there that had worked on my car why alignment not correct he then told me he had no idea HOW TO GET IT STRAIGHT so i paid for alignment they cannot due they charged me and now my car is tearing up tires so had to take to tire kingdom after paying them again now car is ok what a rip off

Update!!!! 3/12/12 i took them to court and won they are liers and the owner is something else inexperienced mechanic good for tires and thats it!!!!!!

On July 1st 2011 I took my 1999 Cadillac Seville to brads auto for 2 tires check front end for noise and to check motor mounts. they checked the car out and told me it needed an outer tie rod, front motor mount and an alignment and they would have to order the tires they would be in Tuesday July 5th. so they put the outer tie rod on and did the alignment we decided we wanted the car over the weekend and was to bring it back on Tuesday. so Tuesday I called and made sure the parts was there and had taken it to Cadillac to have suspension problem checked which brad could not perform. so on wed morning July 6 dropped the car off for what was to only take a few hours after 5 hours I called and they stated wrong motor mount would be done first thing late wed. or first thing Thursday morning. Thursday at 11 am I called they stated they was working on it would be done about 1 so at 1 pm. I went to brads to find they still did not have old mount out they told me they would have to take off exhaust manifold so I stated let me see they car as I am disabled mechanic I found they had taken apart way to much already and that their inexperience mechanic had no clue how to remove the old mount I then stated to Zach the manager to put my car back together he then stated to let them try one more thing I then told them exactly how to get the mount out I left at 3 pm car still not done I needed some keys out of the car so I returned to brads to find them almost done it was pouring rain they then returned me the car in pouring rain at 4:30 I drove vehicle home and went in for the evening when I came out the next morning to find they had racked the vehicle wrong on their lift and had crushed the finder under car and broke the side molding and finder touching hood. I called brads they told me to bring it in for them to look at it. so I did Zach came out and looked at it and stated they could put in the shop and try and bend it back I them stated no it was to be fixed right it is a Cadillac and was not like that when it came in. he then stated get estimate and he would fax to owner. So I did then on Monday after no response I called and was given the owners phone number I called the owner he then stated he had to look at it. It then took until Friday the 15th for him to meet up with me for him to see it. after he finally showed up after keeping me waiting then he look under car and states that it looks like old damage yes after a week of driving in Florida with raining every day I then stated I have proof was not like that the day before and if he was going to be like that see you in court he then stated ok and has refused to pay for what his shop damaged

all four reviews must have been written by the employees there cause this place IS IS A RIP OFF ...THEY STOLE ALMOST FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS FROM ME AND THE CAR IS STILL NOT RUNNING...THEN WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY TOLD ME I WAS THE ONE WHO TOLD THEM TO DO A TUNE UP ON THE CAR AND A FUEL FLUSH...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I AM A GIRL, I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE MECHANICS OF A CAR AND NEVER WOULD HAVE PRESUMED TO TELL A MECHANIC WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE!!! THEY LIED, THEY TOOK MY CASH AND NOW I HAVE NO CAR. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND THEY SHOULD BE STOPPED FROM TAKING ADVANTAGE OF POOR PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY TELL THEM THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING...IF YOU ARE SMART YOU WILL STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS ALL YOU NEED IS TIRES..

the only place for auto service. great people to deal with and very fair on their prices. Don't take your auto to anybody else!!

Zach worked on our vehicle and I have always gotten excellent customer service through this shop. I get great prices and the work is always done in a timely manner. I will always use them for car repairs, they are honest and trustworthy and in today's world, it is important to have a mechanic that you trust and does excellent work. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

This is apparently a new place, the staff was great. The manager was a relaly nice guy. They quoted me a price and it actually ended up being cheaper then what they originally planned. The waiting room was nice and the wait was short.

I went in there today and the old manager Brad is no longer with the company. Zach is now the new General Manager and let me tell you that made all the difference. Zach is more personable and much easier to deal with. A all around nice guy and I he helped me where Brad wouldn't. I was super happy with my purchase and much happier to shake the hand of a man who cared. This will be my new place of business. I was also suprised to see that they are doing truck parking and washouts for Semi trucks.
