They are not easy to deal with once they have your money, be careful, truth is not their strong point.
I took my Buick enclave there today and PAID for the ultimate car wash plus a $5 tip before they were done ( my mistake). When I got home there were still leaves sticking out from the trunk. I opened the truck and the trunk had not even been vacuumed! I also moved the back seat rug and stuff went flying from it as if it hadn't been vacuumed. I also had to wipe the door jams when I got home. This happened to me once there and I took it back and they fixed it but the bottom line is I don't have time to keep running to the car wash because incompetent employees can't do the job they are paid to do. I will NOT take my car back there and will make sure to tell others not to!
I took my Chevy Impala in this morning and dropped it off for a full "Coastal Ultimate" wash and when I returned to pick it up I noticed there are still leaves between the windshield and the hood! The interior of the car isn't even totally clean, the interior of the windows aren't clean and when I walked in to get my keys there was NO ONE behind the counter. I waited and waited and waited and after 10 minutes I went outside to the car wash area where all the employees were just standing around smoking cigarettes and asked for someone to help me and the guy looked at me and said "she's comin!" So I went back inside and when the girl came in it was the general manager "Renee" I guess, she never said hello or sorry you had to wait. I had to ask for my keys, she slung them to me and then I told her I needed to pay for another car I was dropping off as well. She looked at me and said..."You know we close at 5, right?" It was before 3pm, but I thanked her and said yes, I would only be an hour. So mom and I left in the Impala and went to the bank and made a deposit and came back by and noticed them parking it as it was done, so decided to stop and get it then. As we pulled in the guy parking it saw us and made a bee line out of the car and inside and disappeared! When mom went in to get her keys, they gave them to her and she walked out and started the car. She was BLASTED by the RADIO on SO LOUD!!!! Then she turned it down she heard this horrible noise....She looked out her back window and the antenna was laying sideways and completely BROKEN!!! When we left the car with them, the ANTENNA was down and the RADIO OFF! The only time the antenna comes up in the car is when the car is on and the RADIO IS ON!!! SO THE ONLY WAY THE RADIO GOT TURNED ON WAS BY THEIR EMPLOYEE!!! SO it should be THEIR problem to fix!!! It would be different if It was my mistake and I didn't turn the radio off, but I was in the car with her and we said, make sure the radio is off and Mom turned it off and closed the door to the radio!!!!I WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN!!!The OWNER/General MANAGER WAS RUDE and JUST FLAT DID NOT CARE!! She cursed at me as I left the building!!!RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS and could CARE LESS ABOUT REPEAT CUSTOMERS OR THEIR CUSTOMERS IN GENERAL!!!! I'm calling the news Media and reporting her to the BBB!!!!
