I am from Pensacola and I am a new patient at Baldwin Bone and Joint Center. I am not familiar with the Daphne area.I had my pre-surgery appointment for knee surgery and when I left the office, I called Jubilee and the lady was on the phone with me the whole time, giving me direction to their location. When I got thereI realized that I was late to a pre-admit appointment at Thomas hospital so I was going to have to come back but she took my insurance info over the phone, verified it within 5 min and brought my walker and paperwork to sign out to the car which was very helpful because it was very difficult for me to walk due to a torn meniscus. Thank you for excellent customer service!

Dr. Russell is a God send! She's very understanding and explains everything so well. However, I think her staff hates me. They are all soft spoken, won't make eye contact and when they do look at me, it's like I'm inconveniencing them. They never answer my calls. Never return my voice messages and it's like pulling teeth to get them to fill my scripts! I waited for the doc for 3 hours on Thursday. 4 messages later and now it's the end of business on Friday and they didn't fill my scripts.
I have severe pain from back issues. While in a physical therapy session, my therapist had me try an Aspen back brace. I immediately felt a decrease in my pain level. She cautioned me that they were very expensive and my insurance probably wouldn't cover the price. So she gave me the contact info for Jubilee and told me they were the only one who seemed to work with the patients on the cost. I called and was told it was covered. Mike met me at my next PT appointment, explained the different options,then had me go through them to insure that I understood how to wear the brace. The next week I received an email from BC/BS stating I owed $270.00. In a panic I called the Jubilee office and spoke to the same lady, who turned out to be the owner. She assured me that I owed nothing. They accepted what my insurance paid. What a blessing! It's good to know that someone care about the patients. God bless you and much success in the future. Took a little fall and hurt my back. This was my first visit to Dr. Smith. Went on recommendation of a stranger. Very glad I did! He was great! I told him he is so good at what he does that he works himself out of a job! His wife works in the office with him and is a ray of sunshine when you walk in. They both make you feel like family. I highly recommend Dr. Smith for both acupuncture and chiropractic services.
I am so very thankful for Dr. Thomas and staff. I have never been treated with the upmost respect and true care by a Dr. Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about... she must not have gotten what she wanted. Sad but not true. Angie that works the desk and the kindest in the business. Try it for yourself and you will agree.
Receptionist Angie is very unprofessional. Office cherry picks its medicaid patients. Lied to medicaid and said I was vulgar and cursed when in fact I do not curse at all. Sadly Dr. Thomas was highly recommended to me and furthermore promotes the agape love of Christ on her website. Unless you have nowhere else to go I would NOT recommend this Dr.
I would recommend Jubilee Medical to everyone. Do not go to Saad Medical they will rip you off.

Terrible company! They do not provide the services they should in a timely manner. They do not even answer their phone! Awful awful company!
