I talked to one of the employees on Saturday and he told me that he would be here on Monday at 8am. Well today is Monday and nobody is even here, it's almost 10am and their business hours say 9am-2pm. I will not comeback to this place.
Normally I am very pleased with this Barber Shop. Mr Chris has been doing a fantastic job cutting my 3yr old son's hair. My son looks forward to going to see Mr Chris. He was not working today and I was told he was going to be out for a few weeks.Today we had a terrible experience. After waiting 30 minutes for our turn (and both children were extremely well behaved while waiting) , I playfully asked Sandi if she was up to the challenge of a 3 yr old with cowlicks. She said "I guess." My son then said "Oh! Mommy... I gotta go!" I let Sandi know that we'd be right back. When we returned, probably less than 3 minutes later, she had the next customer in her chair. We exchanged some words with me letting her know how wrong it was to not wait for us. She was not even apologetic. The owner didn't seem to be either. I guess they have let me know that they are not interested in my little boy being a long time customer of theirs. ** Please take note that I am not one to normally take the time to give negative ratings to businesses... however, I feel that this terrible customer service must be reported.
