Excellent service! I had to leave my car at the dealership across the street for repairs. Everyone knows that isn’t fun, but the customer service at Enterprise was friendly and welcoming! Sometimes that’s all it takes to make someone’s day just a little better.
What rental company doesn’t have rental cars? Enterprise that’s who. Our insurance adjuster called reserved us a rental so we took off work and drove all the over there for the guy to tell us they don’t have any vehicles at all. 1st off why would tell our adjuster you have one reserved? 2nd off why are you a rental business with no inventory?

This was not the first time I have rented through Enterprise, and it certainly will not be the last. The vehicle was just serviced, clean, and ready to go on a photography road trip approximately 6,000 miles in length. It performed wonderfully, and the rates were very attractive. Add the service provided by the staff in Daphne, and it was a winner all around!
My family reserved a van for a long road trip 5 weeks ahead of time. 2 days before the rental we went by and they said it was all fine. The day of the reservation we get there and find out that they don't have a van and we have to take another car. We had to cram 5 people into a pathfinder for a 15+ hour car ride. They told us we could switch out on the road. We drove from AL to KS and kept having to call management back as they never called us back like they said they would each time. They told us not a single location had a van. We went through 4 states and couldn't get any help from enterprise. They didn't tell us ahead of time that the car wouldn't be available instead they lied to us and said everything was fine. We will never use them again and I suggest everybody else avoid them as well.
