Repairman was supposed to text or call when he was on his way. Instead he just showed up with no advance notice. The repair was simply to change the tube in a flat tire on a riding mower - less than an hour of work. The parts came to about $30, but there was an additional $200 charged for labor and a "diagnostic" fee. This is the last time we'll by from Sears or anything made by Craftsman.
David, the repairman called before coming. He was on time, courteous, efficient, informative, and very pleasant. We would definitely use Sears again.
Our technician, Paul, is awesome. Professional, courteous and very friendly. He even puts up with our goats I hope you treat him well. Sears, the company, however sucks and I will NEVER buy another product from them. I bought an extended warranty for our POS riding mover, and in the first 3 months after 2 repairs the extra expense paid for itself. Do us a favor and close your doors SEARS!
Wanted to highly recommend the serviceman who was extremely professional, very neat and clean worker. A business is typically only as good as its employees and both servicemen involved in the repair of my washer were top-rate!
Riding Mower conveniently repaired at home. Service Tech professional and knowledgeable. Affordable price.
