The tellers working the drive thru windows are very personable, however the bank manager is not personable and is rude. A couple years ago I was making a deposit in house and overheard her speak to a lady that had apparently had an issue with her account. She treated the lady as if she was not good enough to be a part of that bank because there was an issue. The branch manager had a nasty look on her face and you could tell the lady was quite embarrassed. Needless to say it really impacted me in a negative, uncomfortable way and I closed my account and took my business elsewhere. Experiences in other branches have been great, however I do not agree with how people make others feel beneath them because of an issue. I want a bank willing to work well and treat others with respect, especially in front of other customers.
