We took our 2006 F150 there and after lying to us about contacting the warranty company for days, they finally did when I intervened. The truck needed a new engine. After the new engine they test drove it and determined it needed a new transmission as well. So after $10K in Ford parts now with a 3 year warranty and months later, we got the truck back. My son was barely out of the parking lot with it and called me and said it had no power. He took it back and after 2-3 more stops the service manager informed us that there's nothing wrong with it and they couldn't help us. So we took it to the Ford dealership in Bloomsburg. Their service manager went for a ride and IMMEDIATELY said there's an issue. So after another $1800 (and this dealership was great!) the truck is back on the road. If you expect any kind of service after the sale, do NOT buy at Metzger Ford. And I could go on with other things they did. even called the owner and he politely told us to pound salt as well.

These folks are soooooo polite and accomodating--It truly made my service a positive experience. It all starts with a kind, friendly voice on the phone, to the gentleman who helped me carry my belongings from the loaner car to my own when I picked it up.
I recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab 4x4. One of the young salesmen came over to my wife and I while we were looking at a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox for a possible trade. I mentioned about looking at the pickups, and found the one I have been looking for right on the lot at the right time. We did all the paperwork, got the payment we wanted and needed, and picked up the truck the next day. I am pretty sure no one else drove it, as it was only on lot less than one week. I only hope that the young salespeople can maintain the trust and friendly attitude that the owner, Mr. Jim Hawkins, had for me. I was told that if I needed any questions answered, just call and they will help me with whatever I had questions with.
I had a very good experience at Jack Metzer Ford, the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about options, models and engine specifications. They were also willing to find the truck I wanted instead of shoving me into what ever they had there. Prices were lower than the other competitors, and my sale price ended up almost a thousand dollars lower than a truck I priced out with less equipment at another dealership. I have since been back for my first service and everybody in there service department was friendly and courteous. I would recommend them if your purchasing a vehicle.
I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape. The salesman Dillon and manager Bob were friendly and willing to help me find a car I would enjoy and afford. Dillon paired my phone to the Bluetooth system and showed me how to work the touch screen. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase.
My husband and I purchased our 2013 F-150 from Jack Metzer Ford. Our salesperson was very helpfull and did not pressure us into making any snap decisions. They were willing to answer our questions about the trucks equipment before and after the sale, and we have since been back for our 1000 mile service and follow up for our bluetooth system.
My engine blew out and this was the only place who was willing to fix it. They told me it would take 1 1/2 days to order it and 1 1/2 days to replace it. They have had my car for 2 weeks, last week & they called to say they found something that needs repaired so now this is the third week, Monday I was told I could pick it up Wednesday or Thursday and now today is Wednesday and they are telling me they are shooting for Friday.This place always rushes me off the phone when I have questions about my vehicle, they are short and rude. ALSO!!! on their page they have this "•Our technicians are factory trained specialists on Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles" but The superviser told me the tech, knows how to do it but hes working with his father at his side to make sure he does it right. That sounds like a trainee to me !! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone after this 3 week waiting period to get my car back. I am disgusted that they decide to train someone how to change an engine with my car and they decided to take their sweet time causing me to miss more work. I am 100% completely unhappy with their service.
