        Overall

        They installed the wrong size furnace in my home, thankfully I caught the mistake. Also they agreed to install new ducting under my home (crawlspace) a changed their mind the day they started. So the new ducting is now in my attic, I finally gave in and let them carry on and do it. After I discovered the furnace was the wrong size it just felt they were trying to rip me off. But all is well now.
