The company formed in 1990 as a sole proprietorship and then changed to a corporation in 1993. Headquartered in Danville, CIMS maintains a fully staffed office consisting of Community Association Managers, Customer Service Professionals, a full service Accounting Department, a maintenance team, and an Escrow Department.
