I went for an inspection sticker. Owner told me to replace parts or get rejected. I had my mechanic fix it. When I returned the owner said I was a liar my reciept for qork done was fake an if I didnt do work @ their garage I would recieve a rejection sticker. No class, no respect, an a arragant attitude. Place should be shut down. You cant reguse an honest inspection sticker because work was not done @ your shop.I will be notifying the state inspection office.
They put fake price online. When you drive there they are like we are sorry, we put it there but we don't know how to take it away or change it. ...they are not serious
I drive a lot and I have been rear-ended approximately 6 times in the last 4-5 years. I have always used Ira Collision Center for my repair. The work has always been great, the promptness has always been there and the communication, except for this time has always been there. For two weeks, I left messages to find out the status of my repair and not one phone call was returned. I finally called the Ira car dealership and requested that they get involved as my company has purchased over 13 cars from them over the last 8 years. Once they got involved, I had an answer within one hour. I will add that this is the first time that this has ever happened and I don't believe that it is indicative of them as a business.
Terrible first experience. Replaced my tires. Didn't screw one on right. Broke down on I-95. 3 hours to get a tow truck, fearing for my life. The fix the tires but refuse to take the bill for the tow, despite saying they would. No compensation for either experience or tow. Sitting here with a $140 bill for towing, traumatic experience, and no semblance of even an apology. And they never replaced half my tire caps.Their service team is a joke and the person who runs it, Mitch, is unresponsive. This company lacks integrity and professionalism .Go to Lynn if you prefer Toyota service, where they don't cause you a mild panic attack and breakdown on major highways.
Today I went to Honda North in Danvers Mass and I couldn't tell you how nice and honest everyone was especially Dave Clifford. From the moment we told him we had a budget he was the most accommodatating sales associate we've dealt with all day. With a smile on his face he showed us everythin in the range we were looking for without any questions or pushing anything we couldn't afford on us. Honestly there was nothing to complain about and I couldn't complement him enough thank you!
