I brought my puppies in and was first seen by the technician Kayla, she was so gentle and knowledgeable. I asked her so many questions and she didn't seem to mind. I just adopted my puppies and kept her for awhile asking all those questions, but she didn't seem to rush me at all. I know the dr can be busy, so it's so nice to be able to have someone like her to trust with advice. She even offered advice on harnesses to try and really seemed to care about me and my pets she also offered a lot of advice on things I hadnt even thought of like dental care and keeping my pets ears dry after baths to prevent infections, and keeping a routine that can aid in training, and about parasites and how the wellness plans with free office visits can help as I am a new pet parent and will probably be dropping by often. I was really blown away when I came back and she remembered me and asked me how my "creatures" were doing. Thank YOU!
