Terrible first experience. Replaced my tires. Didn't screw one on right. Broke down on I-95. 3 hours to get a tow truck, fearing for my life. The fix the tires but refuse to take the bill for the tow, despite saying they would. No compensation for either experience or tow. Sitting here with a $140 bill for towing, traumatic experience, and no semblance of even an apology. And they never replaced half my tire caps.Their service team is a joke and the person who runs it, Mitch, is unresponsive. This company lacks integrity and professionalism .Go to Lynn if you prefer Toyota service, where they don't cause you a mild panic attack and breakdown on major highways.

Today I went to Honda North in Danvers Mass and I couldn't tell you how nice and honest everyone was especially Dave Clifford. From the moment we told him we had a budget he was the most accommodatating sales associate we've dealt with all day. With a smile on his face he showed us everythin in the range we were looking for without any questions or pushing anything we couldn't afford on us. Honestly there was nothing to complain about and I couldn't complement him enough thank you!

And beyond satisfied is what I got with the help of newly hired Brian Doherty in Sales along aside the cool & collected Finance Manger Kevin Dunn. It with their help that I was able to find "my car"! All through the purchase was a feeling of comfort and level of caring that in many of way shattered my expectations. We have bought two Toyotas from IRA. One new in 2007 and one used in 2014. We thought their practices might have changed after becoming part of Group1 but that seems not to be the case. The made a mistake on the registry of my used car and said that would pay the difference but now won't. Make sure you get everything they promise before leaving as you probably won't get it after. I will not deal with them again.
