Thai Basil

Food is great! Sushi sometimes good depending on who is rolling it. Seating quick, but service absolutely very disappointing. Instead of an appetizer to work on until the waitress comes, there is no acknowledgement at all as to when you will be waited on or a quick greeting. This place would be great if some of the waitresses were a little more alert and organized. Sometimes, they even forget about you. I went there a few weeks a go, we had to seat ourselves and try to get someone's attention for menus. It was around 4pm or so and only a couple tables. We were hungry, so when the waitress came over, we just told her we wanted to go ahead and order drinks and food. She took our orders, brought our drinks, and went about her business. We waited 15 minutes before our salad finally arrived and by then our drinks were empty. The waitress was no where to be found. So, we waited another 25 minutes with an empty glass and no food still. I had to call the restaurant on my cell phone to find out where my waitress was because we were thirsty waiting for our appetizer and meal. After all that, she finally makes us another drink each and ends up serving us the appetizer and meal at the same time. By the end of all that wait, we didn't feel as hungry anymore frustrated from waiting that long, we just grabbed a box and saved it for dinner at home. If your hungry, order take-out instead!
