I have been dealing with them for 2 years and always had a good experience. I brought a rim and hub in that needed work which was purchased from another local bike shop by my sons grandmother. We had problems with the bottom bracket and that bike shop said they couldn't fix it. I brought it to DAS and they took care of it. I just had a problem with a rim and hub. It was having a problem. They replaced the whole rim and hub. They always go beyond what is expected. If you buy from them they will always keep your bike moving.
