        I have been a customer for years .The office is very friendly helpful and so nice to work with.I couldn't ask for a better office to make me feel like I'm making all the right choices with my insurance needs.I would highly recommend this office to anyone

        I've been an Allstate customer...

        I've been an Allstate customer for almost 1 year. I chose the company because of the low rates I was given by the manager of the Dania office Mrs Maria Lopez at the time. Then , after paying the first rates I got the real numbers after underwriting review from the main office which doubled the amount I got by Mrs Lopez. Now I am obliged to disburse extra money out of my tight budget to pay for her mistakes. Everything was wrong flood and homeowner rates where half the amount she gave me. I have been claiming for a solution for the past nine months with no results. Is this an Allstate policy or this are Mrs Lopez mistakes?
