aving a party for 50+ with a weather prediction of 95 degrees was stressful enough but, as luck would have it, my central air conditioning unit stopped working the night before. Knowing it would be almost impossible to get someone to look at it because of the heat wave predicted, I called Total Comfort in Danbury first thing in the morning anyway. They understood my predicament and sent someone that morning - I couldn't believe it, but it was fixed before the first guest arrived! I couldn't be happier we went with them to put the unit in and couldn't recommend them any higher for great service.

Waited weeks for a response , given a promised appointment date from rep named Mark who never showed up. Phoned their office, spoke to another rep, told they would get back to me. STILL WAITING !

My service provider arrived 2 minutes early!! He was the most courteous provider i have every experienced in 50 years! I am so pleased with this company, they are truly the best!! Always excellent service!

I did not have a good experience with Total Comfort.

The people I spoke to on the phone did not listen, talked over me, and then repeated incorrect information back to me.

I was left with the impression that they were not interested in my business in the least, so I will call another company

Total Comfort did a great job from the 1st phone call to up my appointment to fixing the problem. Customer service is very big to me and T.C. are not only very professional and on time but there not just after the buck. Service is a priority to them a happy customer I would refer to all my friends and family great job!.

The comments I have for this business are all good. They do a great job! they did a great job where another company had failed me.
