        I would give this no stars if possible. The Danbury fair mall location has the worst customer service ever. Refused to let me speak with a manager regarding my exchange .. will never be shopping at lucky again. I've been wearing lucky jeans do as long as I can remember. Loyal customer gone

        what a great staff!

        I am a 35 year old male who never liked shopping, until today. Knowledgeable friendly staff made it such an enjoyable experience. Melody. Knew exactly what I needed. I cant wait to go back. :-D
