Walked in. They have a set of huge bells on the door. It was pretty loud but it didn't bother me. I didn't see anyone in the store. After standing around for a minute I heard a chair towards the back of the store squeak like someone got up from their chair but still no one was there to help me. I then heard a voice in the back and I yelled "hello" 3 or 4 times but still, no response. This is bad business practice.
We had an excellent experience working with this company when we recently added granite to our three bathrooms and kitchen. From beginning to end, we found the staff pleasant to deal with both in the design and installation phases. All work was completed promptly, we were able to provide input throughout the process and the granite was beautifully crafted. The edges were polished and perfectly measured. Selecting the granite went smoothly, no issues with the install. They paid careful attention when bringing the granite in. In my opinion, Kitchen warehouse deserves all the positive reviews it receives on the web. I would highly recommend them and would gladly do business with them again.
Very unhappy with the Kitchen Warehouse... Some kitchen pieces arrived damaged and others were damaged during installation with his contractor. Before the problems were corrected, the owner Leo begged for final payment because he had bills to pay, against my better judgment I paid him and I never heard from him again. Every time we go back to the store they say he's too busy to meet with us. I can't even get a final bill from him. It's been six months and we still have damaged doors and misaligned drawers. There are numerous other issues that I'd be happy to discuss. We've filed a complaint with BBB and will be taking legal action. Update 3/13- No response to the BBB complaint. However, Leo has since responded to my home, but unfortunately nothing has been fixed. The same problems remain
