They take awesome care of the hair
Decided to try this place because my original one was closed for vacation. Made an appointment but still had to wait. The woman who did my nails wasn't thorough but figured I'd give her the benefit of the doubt. Within 24 hours my nail broke and I called and let them know I'll be over at a certain time to get it fixed. When I got there they gave me an attitude and said they will only have room to fit me in 3 hours. That's not how you treat clients. They're not professional and I will definitely not be coming back.
LADIES, MY SISTERS PLEASE NEVER GO TO U2 Nail & Spa IN DANBURY. The nail technician was mad because I asked her to redo my nails because she was a new technician did not know how to paint nails properly because I do my nails first I always end up paying before I do my pedicure apparently she either pocketed the money or the money was lost whatever so they're basically trying to say I did not pay for a $25 manicure/pedicure, not only was I disrespected and called names but I asked them to check the register which they refused to do because they did not want the argument and I offered to stay while they check the register. I will not tolerate disrespect in my community, I will not tolerate disrespect because I am a minority, I will not tolerate disrespect because I am a woman that is putting money in their business. I will be doing all of my nail services in New York or at NAILS #1.
My friend and I were in town for a wedding and needed a quick mani/pedi. They were attentive, affordable, friendly, and really made you feel like you were at a spa, not just a salon. We didn't get our hair done there, but were really impressed with the styles we saw. We would have stayed to have ours done if we had more time. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
I made an appt for a service that takes 1 hour. I arrived and they said they were running an hour late. I was upset since they failed to reach out to me and let me know. The worse part is that they were upset at me because they couldn't understand why I was so upset.... poor customer service. Nail technician Jessi does good work but her attitude is absolutley the worse. Will never go there again.
Called Michelle Nail Spa when they opened, worried that I was not going to get an appointment. I was wrong. Able to get in the same day and am IMPRESSED with the wonderful gel manicure I received. Wonderful manicure and perfectly polished. This was my first time at this really cute, clean shop. Not my last.
I usually dread getting my nails done--the stinky chemicals, the terrible decor, the surly techs. But not here! It has none of those things and they do a beautiful job. The space is decorated tastefully and doesn't smell at all like a nail salon. The technicians are sweet and lovely and efficient. I won't go anywhere else and I send all my friends here!
While one manicurist is very goodThey never keep your appointment on timeThen they give you an attitude that you don't understand why waiting over 30 minutes for an appointment should bother you this happens repeatedily they never apologize
I have been coming to U2 nails in Danbury for a few years now, and they never disappoint. Also, I have seen many men come in for manicures and pedicures and they do not discriminate. They do a wonderful job on my nails and always take me right in. They remember me when I call on the phone and are very personable and accommodating.
I have been going to Michelle Nail Spa for a couple of years now, and the salon is always clean and neat. The people most accommodating and friendly. I recently had a pedicure done at the salon... what a nice experience. No worries at all for those that are DIABETIC... they use disposable liners in the foot tubs.. so every customer has their own liner, then it gets thrown away... What a worry free environment. Brian ROCKS on manicures too, his last over 3 weeks! WTG Brian.
