Selling bad gas, don't buy here! I got costly carb cleaning at the Honda dealership. Selling sub-par quality gas. It's fraud.
My wife and I have been going to this place last eleven years on and off with our 3 cars mainly because they do a poor job on car cleaning. They have broken my wheel nuts on more than one occasion and all during these experiences I would still find it in my conscience to tip them cash. I finally experienced the worst customer service that I thought was the ultimate disrespect by the manager guy after I asked for a simple tire rotation last Saturday and was met with sarcastic grumbling about me asking for this service during a snow storm and also got the service door slammed in my face when I was about to ask about another menu item. I figured this guy was having a bad day but I think I would be doing a disservice to both myself and other customers in Danbury area if I didn’t at least share my story. I still found it in my conscience to leave a tip with another service guy there out of courtesy but I will not be returning here with my three cars as I felt this was the highest disrespect I’ve received at any business here in Danbury. I suspect there will always be people willing to deal with their poor service but I will also not refer anyone else to this place as a resident of Danbury. My thoughts on this and any general service they provide is simply say you’re not providing the particular service at the time and/or recommend I return at a more convenient time for the service not blow off steam on a customer who has been supporting your business for such a long time. There are many other places providing the same service nearby at a higher level and at that rate they will eventually lose all customers!
Tall bearded employee, has a bad attitude and for the second time he had the nerve to yell at me in front of other customers, the first time he had the nerve to tell me in front of other customers and in front of my child and said "Look at her wasting her money on gambling and in front of her daughter"..., who do hell does this employee think he is. I responded and told he's nobody to tell me what to do with my money. His job is to offer great customer service and mind his damn business. I told another employee which I believe is the actual supervisor but said "NOTHING", so in front of the other customers they made it look like I was a crazy woman just making problems. Too bad this store does not have a direct number to speak with the actual supervisor. This employee, a tall man thought he could take advantage of a woman who is short and with a child and thought I could not stand up for myself and also a coward because as I was explaining to the other employee what he did to me on the first incident I was there, he had the nerve to deny it.
Mario is awesome. He checked everything until he found the issue and fixed it. Will definitely go back.
Terrible. Took my car for an oil change and "Mario" didn't tighten the filter all the way. Could have fried my enguine if it was for my dad. He's also money hungry and over charges. Rude also. Take your car somewhere else.
What unethical business practices. Bought a gift certificate for a years unlimited bronze washes. I paid cash for the certificate. The person didn t want it because he had already received one from another car wash. Went back to get the money and they refused to give it to me and said there has to be a manager to get reimbursed. So I went back to see the manager in which he made me wait 20 minutes for no reason other than to be a d#*k to tell me I need to have the receipt in order to get my money back because he had no record on how it was paid. So I went back home to get the receipt and I showed him the receipt that I paid cash and he then said that he could only give me store credit. This is a business that shows poor management behavior and bad unethical business practices. There is nowhere on my receipt that shows I must receive only store credit. This place is a rip off and trying to scam people out of their money. I m now filing a lawsuit against them, filing a complaint with the better business bureau, and consumer protection agency. These type of business are dishonorable and shouldn t be patronized.
