Run!!! Don't walk away from this dealership!!! I purchased a vehicle a few years ago, used from here. They promised to correct issues on bill of sale (their finance manager wrote all repairs on it otherwise they wouldn't have corrected anything), they gave me a hard time with that. Then I brought the vehicle to Mercedes of Danbury to have the B service completed, it turned out the car brakes were shot, leak on the transmission and oil pan, and when I brought it to the attention of Danbury Volvo they insisted Mercedes of Danbury were crooks just out to scam me. I fought with them and they fixed the leaky transmission but I was stuck with the shot brakes and rotors. I'll never buy another vehicle or ever recommend this dealership to anyone.Completely unprofessional and rude and the blonde female service manager was extremely rude in a response email meant for just her counterparts and not me (she accidentally CC'd me to her response) and she used choice words I will not post on this review to describe me. Again, go elsewhere!!! Volvo of Westport is much nicer staffed!!! Even Gengras in Hartford but avoid Danbury Volvo!!!!

THE SALES DEPARTMENT INVOLVING DAVE SALES MANAGER AND HEATHER RAMOS, WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME TO EVEN INQUIRE ON COLONIAL MAZDA AND THEIR VEHICLE ,NEVER AGAIN WILL I LOOK TO CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WITH POOR MANAGEMENT AND STAFF NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION.
I am aware that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I would just like to come Greentree's defense & say that once a company (Greentree) credits a customer's card, it comes out of that company's bank account the same day & is shown as a credit on the batch total the following day. It is the customer's credit card company that decides when the customer receives the money for the credit.. So in a sense it is, in fact, out of their hands..
I went to Greentree looking for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma 4 x 4 Access Cab w/manual transmission after seeing online that one was in stock. Upon mentioning the vehicle I saw online, I was told that it was not in stock and that the website was not updated--in this day and age, there is no excuse for this. I was sent to James Uzzo, who claimed he could find the truck for me. I left a $1000 deposit and signed a contract to get the ball rolling. It took them a week finally to concede that they couldn't find the vehicle. Personally, I don't think they tried at all b/c with 20 minutes of online searching, I located one in Wallingford, CT. I went to Greentree for a refund last Fri. 9/13 and watched as they processed the credit card. However, as of today, Wed. 9/18, my credit card company shows no pending refund, and, yesterday, when I inquired as to why it was taking so long, Greentree replied that it was out of their hands. How's that for customer service. These people are the absolute WORST. Do not attempt to buy a vehicle from them. Go to Wallingford Toyota and you will be treated like royalty.
got an appt. quickly. service was done thoroughly and quickly.
Very easy to work with and excellent job. I leave the car on Sunday night and can pick it up on Saturday from the sales dept. Everyone was efficient and helpful.
Peter was fantastic to work with! He was knowledgeable without overwhelming me with too much information. Overall, he is friendly and engaging and quite helpful. Peter is clearly an expert in his field - he knows the Subaru brand inside and out as well as the particulars to the Outback. When an issue arose with my insurance company, Peter was tenacious in his efforts that ultimately rectified the situation. Peter professionalism was much appreciated, as well and his overall positive attitude!
Very good service all around, told you what might need fixing and gave you a price quote. Stress free environment took care of your needs.
It was a job well done. I specifically listed the work that I wanted to have done, and which items I wanted to have inspected when I brought the car in, I was called at home and informed of the state of the inspected items. Additional maintenance was suggested. And I agreed to one item in addition to what I initially specified. I would have given Ford a five star rating for the work, but I thought the price of the service was a little on the high side. On the other hand, this is such a well built car (2005 Escape) that I have never needed very much maintenance and no repairs and there are 125,000 miles on the vehicle.
I bought my 2010 Subaru online from CT with Jowdy but it was with Joe D'ercole who I dealt with. He made the transaction so smooth that when I arrive it was seamless! Thanks. Also Joe D'ercole was great in sealing the finical end without a hitch.
