Rented a pick up truck was lied to about the price charged my credit card over $500 was only suppose to be charged $343.00. The manager and the salesman scammed me. Beware don't ever use them.
Okay, so my experience with Danbury Enterprise has always been stellar, but my return to the LGA airport location was extremely problematic. When I called them to set up the drop off at the airport after returning the car, they informed me they had a shuttle but that the shuttle dropped you off at some kind of staging or holding area from which I would take another shuttle to the airport terminal. I said I was afraid I would miss my plane and they insisted it was just a ten minute ordeal. An hour later, I was still waiting for a shuttle and finally took a 40 dollar taxi ride to the terminal where I just missed my first-class flight. Never Never Ever again...NEVER!
The customer service is great, unmatched. They are always willing to work with you and try to solve any issues you maybe having. 5 stars all around. The car I got was very reliable and ran well.

reviewed in the last week It started out fine until I wanted to extend the time of the rental Eric seemed upset, he also left me a nasty message after I spoke to Dan stating we would return the car on Monday. I alwAys called to extend the days of renTal. I also was given a price quote with a rate of 300.00 from Dan to extend the rental until Wednesday. Well on Monday Eric acted like we were never going to return the car and gave us an outrageous price of 750 for 2-3 days extra. I hated how they made me feel.
The staff at the Pringle street branch were very helpful and friendly. I love renting cars through Enterprise. Never had a bad experience in CT or in MI
if I could give a zero, I would. The customer services by employee Erica, gives new meaning to the word nightmare. When I came to return my car, there was another customer screaming obscenities. We all cant be wrong. Here is the customer service no. 1-800-527-7000 for complaints. THINK ENTERPRISE.

Picked me up when I needed them to and dropped me off within 1/2 an hour of my completing the transaction. Car was clean and nice. Can't ask for more than that.
