Colby and Gale

This company is more than a company the employees are all personable & polite! The service is fantastic, I have a 2 year old grandson that lives with me & I am disabled, when we ran out of heat they were at my house within 2 hours of my call. Not only did they deliver fuel they sent a burner person so I wouldn't have to restart my heater, which would have been a very difficult task for someone with my physical limitations. Several days later I was having some difficulty with my burner and called Colby & Gale to ask who in the area could work on the ancient system. I was greeted by a very pleasant operator who immediately transferred me not to the service department but, to the owner himself. Rob, as he asked to be called talked me through the do's and don'ts, asked all the right questions to narrow down the possible causes for my dilemma and then educated me on what exactly I was looking at. He was concerned that someone would take advantage. This Company deserves the highest praise!
