When u first go to look at apartments. They are very nice and up beat. They showed us two bedroom and said see you have a nice courtyard actually they should say it's a playground with a bunch of screaming kids that do not understand the word please And if you call and tell management they say ignore them been here 3monthes and it's a living hell. You can't here your TV for the kids screaming you ask them to turn it down they tell u turn the volume up on your TV you can't talk on the phone cause they are screaming so loud u can't hear the person on the other end .You can't enjoy washing clothes cause the kids are running around and around the machines and leaving the water on in the sink in laundry room. You can't even fold clothes because they be on your porch aggravating your dog and making him growl and bark . You can't use your balcony like to enjoy reading a book cause them kids are screaming so loud and if you like to sleep in forget it cause you will wake up to kids screaming like somebody is killing them. And your lucky to have windows in your sliding glass doors for balls hitting them and naturally they have to come on your porch to get them . IF your looking for relaxation and like your privacy and like to listen to your TV and talk on the phone or sleep in this is not the place for you You can't even enjoy the stars on your balcony with out screaming and I do mean screaming kids worse place to live ever wish I had just sign 6 month lease instead of 12 this place is a living hell And oh yeah they play in the halls and lock little kids in to make them scream Thanks SR
The WORST place to live in, please trust me. The neighbors are terrible, loud, stay up all night (ESPESSIALLY the ones who live in the back), they are like hoodlums have no jobs just wandering around talking loud, blasting musics, yelling at their kids. And that's just the neighbors, the management is the worst I've ever seen in my life, they can go become a politician already, they MASTERED the skill of lies. the electricians just wandering around not doing a thing, a simple thing they said will be done in a day took 4 months.

I have lived a lot of places in my life and I've lived in a couple of apartment complexes but out of all of them, living in Stone Ridge Apartments was absolutely, without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had. It seems like every single week there is a letter on the door from management complaining/threatening something new. ""Don't hang towels from your balcony."" ""Don't leave cigarette butts outside your apartment or you will be charged a $25 fee."" ""If you leave a bag of trash on your patio you will be charged $25 a day until it's removed."" I had a shelf outside that I was painting for a while and they left me a note saying that the shelf couldn't be out there. If you live here, you are ONLY allowed to have Charter cable and for most people I don't think I need to go into why that is so horrible. I've never had a good experience with Charter. I waited six months and called six times and Charter still never brought me a moxi box, so when I canceled my cable and had to keep my internet, they charge me an extra $10 a month for NOT having cable. The security guard takes his ""authority"" way too seriously and will call the police on you if your TV is too loud. I have no neighbor on one side of me and the neighbor on the other side works third shift. I had some people over on Friday night and sure enough, at 11:30 he comes knockin on my door telling us to quiet down. As nice as I could be, I said ""Ok sorry about that, we will. Thank you."" As soon as I shut the door he pulled out his phone to call the police. Which was completely unnecessary and downright rude. I bet I've never had one neighbor actually complain about me and yet he is still allowed to call the police on me. I was getting in my car one day and the security guard happened to be walking by and yelled at me to turn the music down IN MY CAR. I feel like I'm living in freakin prison and I can't wait to get out of this place.
