Paid good money for cheap wipe paid for plastic to be cleaned and highlighted with plastic protector they never did that barley put sidewall highlight on was still mud on my tires,wheels were left dirty in spots.....paint was left with dirt spots on tailgate and doors...this also happened several months back with a 24.00 detail,,,called the Mngr. he says what am I suppose to do about it......this about the most non professionally run operation I have ever been to I shall never go back,, and if you are smart you will not either...I have pride in my F150.....

DON'T take your vehicle to this car wash, if you don't have scratches or dents when you go in, there is a great possibility you will when you come out...I have a 2011 Mustang GT and went through the car wash, while in the car wash I felt a big jerk. When I got home I walked around car and found large scratch on rear lower quarter panel. I took my car back over there and showed it to Gen. Mgr. and Dist. Mgr. and they both said there was nothing they could do, I have been conversing with Dist. Mgr. and he offered me a wax job, which will not fix the scratch on my car. The scratch is pretty deep and just by looking at it, it looks as if it was done by a moving part. They refuse to fix my car, so I have no other option but to take them to court... They don't deserve any stars as far as I'm concerned, but it would not let me finish my comment until I gave them a rating!!!
