Dr. Martin and her assistant, Estela, were awesome! They went above and beyond to help us take care of my son's tooth issues. They offered an alternative (that was covered by our insurance) to an expensive procedure that had been recommended (not covered by insurance). They helped schedule an appointment in a timely manner to get this procedure done. Can't say enough about the care and concern shown to help with my son's dental health!

Dr woods is amazing and very fast I never felt a thing. I was very nervous but between her and Marlee they made it a very pleasant visit. And Marlee done an absolutely wonderful job with me being the first adult to assist with. I would recommend y'all to anyone ����

My Children & I absolutely love Dr.Woods & her assistants. Dr.Woods always makes the children as comfortable and calm as possible and is quick with the procedure. We've never experienced any problems with her. I would highly recommend Dr.Woods.

I am so very happy with every single experience that i have had in this office. Tiffany, a friend from high school, goes above and beyond out of her way to help me to schedule appointments for my children.

Please do not go to this facility. One of the worst dental experiences my family has gone through. My mother recently took my younger sister to have a filling . They didn't inform her that there would be a risk of infection. My sister developed an infection. They confirmed that it was an infection and wanted her to take medication today and to have the tooth removed tomorrow. This was an unwise opinion they gave and proves they do not know what they are doing.

Dr.Woods and her assistant Blancha was awesome with my 6 yrs old nephew and would keep letting him see them on his future visits.

I didn't always have the greatest experiences with taking my children to kool smiles but they have recently added new staff. Since meeting Dr.Woods and her dental assistant Kara I won't take my children anywhere else. They both were very patient and intuitive to my child's needs. Love the new staff...

I went in hoping to get some relief with my wisdom tooth pain, and I ended up with a stressful headache. The office was very behind on appointments and some of the nurses were very rude to children who were scared. It took THREE days for them to finally send in my prescription correctly to my pharmacy. I called their office, which transferred me to their hotline every time, all day for three days. I was in so much pain and the office never returned my calls. I finally made a special trip (drove 25mins) to the office and was assured that in 20mins the prescription would be at the pharmacy. It wasn't.. it took another 2 hours for them to finalize it and send it in correctly. I was sent around and around through their hotline trying to speak to someone in office, but no such luck. So if you'd like to go to a dentist that you can't even call and speak to, this is the place for you.

I always have a good experience when I come to look smiles the people in the back are very kind but the front receptionist need to smile a bit more they always have a frown but overall my experience is and always is great. I love Kool smiles. The staff there is amazing, they are very well organized and attentive to all patients. The icing on top of the cake is Dr. Wood, she's is awesome. She interacts well with her patients as well and the family. Me being a mom of two small boys I tend to be nervous when they are in the care of others, but she explains everything throughly, putting my mind at ease. She is so gentle with my boys, they love her. I myself am terrified of dentist, but after meeting her recently, she made me feel comfortable and it's safe to say, I trust her for all my dental work. Couldn't ask for a better dentist.

I have had one dentist till now and had a bad experience with them.I decided to try kool Smiles.I was nervous when I went into three back room.Dr Wood came in and introduced herself and it was to my surprise three more she talked to me and explained to me in terms that I could understand the more at ease I felt.As she was doing what needed to be done she was still explaining everything.She and her assistant are very caring and gentle with their patients.Begging in their presents was the first time I had laughed all day. I left there with a different outlook on dentistry.So if you ever need any dental work go to Kool Smiles and Dr Wood is great ask to see her.Thank you Dr Wood for showeing me that their are dentists that actually caste about their patients and thanking the tome to explain everything.

I've been to 1 other dentist before and it wasn't a very pleasant visit.I loved my visit at Kool Smiles and with Dr Wood.I was kinda nervous when I went in the back.When Dr Wood came in and introduced herself she made me feel so at ease.The whole time I was back there she explained everything she was going to do and everything she did as she went alone.The best part is she used words that I could actually understand.This is one dentist and Dr I really enjoyed going to
