Comprehensive Medical Solutions

Paid my bill off in May. Paid in cash for 115.00. Received a bill 7/15/16 from a collection agency for 115.00. Can't find my receipt now (which was handwritten) called this office to request they look at their carbon copy receipt for May to see where I paid in full. Lady I spoke with states it's against policy to reproduce another receipt or be in any correspondence with me now since my account in is collections. And without a receipt that I'm responsible for my bill. Someone must be pocketing cash and that's why handwritten receipt. Very unprofessional!
