When I signed the paperwork on my vehicle they kept a key and when I paid my vehicle off they lost my key. So now there is another key to my vehicle floating around somewhere that they have no idea where it is.
DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS.
Horrible Service Dept:Unfortunately there is not a option to rate this dealership with 1/2 a star. We had broke down near this dealership and had our truck towed there on a Sunday. Monday morning we got the joy of meeting Adam in service and not only was he rude to our guys but unbearable to talk to on the phone. I do know in the future I would rather tow my truck 50 miles either direction so we would never have to use this service dept ever again. I only hope others understand prior to using this dealership they will stick it to you if you are not local or if they do not know you. They have no concern over loyalty and they are only concerned with the bottom dollar. It is very clear after meeting the management why they allow their employees to act this way.

We bought our Kia Soul from Pye Kia of Dalton Ga. My wife actually bought the car while we were traveling back from Clemson SC on her I phone. Picked car, color, options and financing. Yes Kia Financing on the road! When we arrived at the dealership the car was sitting out front ready to go. forty five minutes and we were gone. Thank you Pye Kia. We love our Soul with its quietness and smooth riding. Yes! 32 MPG on the rd.
I had the best car shopping experience ever. All staff were knowledgeable and polite. Best of all low pressure sales and that in itself made me very comfortable with my purchase. I bought a 2010 Jetta wagon TDI and absolutely love it. I will buy from this dealership from now on.
