This is a very unethical and deceptive place; I bought extended warranty with some extra service contract, when I went back to cancel, they simply ignore me; It is unbelievable, but you can make this king of stuff up.I have to get an attorney ... more to come
worst place to buy a car, 2 days later I found several problems on it I was promised by the sales person it would be taken care of all they did was give me the run around it took 2 months for me to get my registration on it and the issues never got take care of. this place is not professional the owner greets you very nicely when you are interested in buying and when there is a problem he ignores you and gives the worst costumer service he is straight RUDE!
Worst dealer ever. If you buy a car from here and it stops working the next day you bought it they won't fix it or give u your money bank
At age 46, I have purchased a total of 8 cars/trucks new and used. So when I say the guys Danny, Mike, and Carl are "Top Class" you can bet on them every time to give you that type of service. I live over 400 miles away and will definitely do it again for their dedication to professional, honesty, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly attitudes in selling the right car at the best price. I'm Amazed and Thankful to have met these Humble Men! I'm locked in with The Addison Auto Group!BTW: Later, after taking delivery of my vehicle, I discovered a short in the radio and I contacted the Addison. I was blown away at how quickly they remedied the situation by first to have the Benz dealership in Memphis diagnose the problem, then Addison paid for a radio replacement to be installed in less than a week's time. The sales people are incompetent. And the account rep, the only one they have Blanca is ghetto and loves to issue threats. We have her recorded talking down to, my husband, a customer, like he's two. If you want excellent service don't look here. It's also funny how several car businesses are listed here. So you never know who you purchased the vehicle from. Blanca needs to be retrained in customer service or in my opinion fired. Who works at a job where they are allowed to insult the customer? Oh apparently at, Addison Auto Group. Fellow yelpers should avoid this place like the plague.
The right hand doesn't know what the left-hands doing. They came to pick me up at my house to pick up a Ford King Ranch I got there and the guy looked at me in the car and said that trucks not operating very good it's not going to be a good truck for your support I'm still at the auction but will be sure to buy you one row quick now they put me in F2 50 turbo diesel that the engine had been modified and bulletproof then the salesman that I gave me the maintenance records on it and I realize that this truck is had engine problems for quite some time it's been in the shop for times between August and April I'm on the car for 43 days is still not running right supposedly
Run! in the other direction esp from sales guy Jason Childers- THE con of cons...even with documentation they dont honor their agreements....GPS trackers on cars ...cant get a correction to the pay history... they dont even adhere to the Fair Credit ACt...at least that was my experience.....Owner Steve Clohessy - Im told is a straight up guy ...so why he has sociopaths like Jason working there is a mystery ..... too many car lots that earn your business to get involved with these low down dirty grifters.....
This dealership I would recommend to all of my family & friends:-) What a great experience dealing with upstanding sales & general manager! They were on it! They explained the process and answered all of my questions! The GM was very honest and forth coming with information that allowed me to make an inform decision as it relate to buying a pre-owned vehicle. In the past, I dread dealing with car salesman because they are usually crooks!! My sales person Rick bka "Country Rick" was delightful:-) He was downright honest & did everything he could to help me and my fiancé. The GM at Auto Web Expo made feel welcome and did everything he could to give us the best deal. The end result was me leaving happy with a 2011 C300 Mercedes Benz:-) Many Thanks to Auto Web Expo!!!
