I wish that I could give this company a ZERO. They are a very deceptive company that offers Free pickup of your items. It is definitely not Free. I have been a customer with Closetbox for a year. I have paid nearly $2,000 in storage fees. When I inquired about removing items from storage, I was told that in order to Access my items they would charge me to view them or pick up my own items. They attempted to justify this by stating they have workers pull my items so there is a fee associated. I paid my monthly storage fee of $163.00 on August 19th, on August 25th I was charged an additional $135.00 for removing items. Keep in mind they charged me $135 without even notifying me of the amount that I would be charged. I just happened to look in my account and my money was gone. Then when I called to see what my new storage fee was, they told me $73 because I have to have at least a 5x5 so that's the least they could charge me. None of this was explained to me when I signed up for the service. I feel completely bamboozled by this company. In less than 2 weeks they have hustled me out of nearly $400!!!! I am beyond pissed off. Not to mention their storage costs are high compared to other storage facilities but I didn't mind paying more because I thought I was getting their "Free" service. Oh and get this they claim that other storage facilities have "sneaky adminitstrative fees", but they are the ones that are sneaky. Also trying to get a delivery date or access date is a joke. They keep changing the times and the storage facility is not available on the weekend. So plan on taking off work to go across town. I had them deliver some items to someone I sold my bed to and the crew was unprofessional talking on their cell phones and using slang like "chopping it up with the customer". I have never been so embarrassed in my life. If you don't like surprises, DO NOT USE CLOSETBOX!!!
My friend's sister bought a ticket to Monterrey and they gave her a riday trip instead of Sunday, she needed to go to Monterrey because she did not have any more medicine and they did not let her take the bus. They want her to pay again. They Suck
Im a new customer to this business. I must say I was beyond satified with the business. I was in and out promptly which was great on moving day. Everything was ready to go and it was just as promised. I recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for great and efficient service and the location is great for me. Bianca Collins
Yo viajo muy seguido de dallas a zacatecas por lo menos 2 a 3 veces al ano usando esta linea de autobus. Cada vez que regreso a esta oficina esta peor, el personal es muy incompetente y no saben como tratar a los clientes, empezando con la manager que haciste en la oficina por la manana. Es una verdadera estupida e imbecil que al hacerle una pregunta a cual no sabe la respuesta, asusta al clinete con la amenaza de no venderle boletos. Mi pregunta era la siguinete: "porque en nuevo laredo tiene uno que trasbordar autobuses y esperar de 3 a 4 horas si dice que el viaje es directo?" La respueta de la manager fue la siguinete: "a mi no me importa lo de mexico, a mi me importa lo de este lado (USA) ademas ya no le voy a vender los boletos por grosero!" Esa fue su respueta. Haci que camine uno metros a la oficina del Turimex y compre mis boletos. Nadie es indispensable y menos esa manager que pone muy mal ejemplo para los demas empleados. Quien sabe que le hara la manger al dueno para creerse la accionista mayoritaria. Y esto si es faltarle al respeto como de lo que ella me acuso.

These ladies told me that I was coming into an apartment that was going to have new appliances and was going to be the only appointment in the complex with a dishwasher and food disposal I've been living here for about 3 months I'm still living here because I'm in a year lease and and the dishwasher and food disposal has never worked since my arrival I've notified them they hook it up at one point then my sink started overflowing water coming up from the drain and they blame the dishwasher and Disposal so I'm not allowed to actually use them they just sit in my appointment as decoration I also dealt with the first two weeks of of Summer when they turn on the AC for the complex whenever I let mine run it would leak from the ceiling onto the floor I informed them of it took awhile for them to fix that and it was still leaking on and off afterwards not to mention I have a back patio and I can't use it because it's flea infested and my kids getbit up and they have nerve to conplain on me.
