Worst customer service ever! Never had a store charge more for wanting to pay in credit or debit. They are rude and not very welcoming, especially if you are Hispanic or black. I understand, the gun business is serious but I can take you to plenty of gun stores in Irving, who are friendlier and respectful. They do not thank you for any of your purchases. They do have a wide selection of guns but will not shake your hand or say thanks for your business. I will never visit there again.
I tried to buy a gun from them for 8500.00 yes $8500.00 and the salesperson was so arrogant and apathetic that I bought it from acusport for $8850.00 instead. I've been in the gun business for 15 years and have owned 2 pawnshops for 12 years and I'm a pretty nice guy. I can't, for the life of me figure out why they were such pric-ks especially when I was trying to buy a firearm from them for $8500.00!! It just doesn't make any sense. I’m a relatively intelligent person, and I know the gun business pretty well, it’s not like I was asking a bunch of stupid meaningless questions I just wanted to ask a few simple questions before I sent them a money order for 8500.00. I think most people can relate with that. I even tried to call them back to finish the deal but when I tried to tell the "manager" that I had had a problem with one of his sales people, because I thought he might want to know, he blew up at me mid sentence and said "I don't have time for this shi...crap! If you don't like the way we do things go somewhere else! So I did. I told him thank you I guess I will. I admit I didn't expect that. I'm pretty sure I've ordered guns from them before but I will never do it again. It takes a man to have a little patience, to be friendly when he has been having a bad day. It only takes an idiot to be a whiny, temper tantrum having, impatient, biotcch. I hope these pric-ks learn how to man up a little.
