Dr Fenton is excellent. The way he communicates is unusual and may offend some people, but I think they have a chip on their shoulder. I like people who are different. He's cool!!

The hospital itself is outstanding. But this is not the main number for the hospital. This is for Children's Health within Presbyterian Hospital
Do not expect to be able to find information regarding handicapped access, parking fees or valet fees on their Web site. Parking is only "free" for 15 minutes, it seems. It takes that long to find a patient's room! And, if you try to call the parking services, you get their corporate offices in Florida. Also, there is no information on parking adjacent to each building in the complex. If you are handicapped and want to visit someone here, good luck to you as you will need it.
i can only speak on their emergency room i was taken there after being hit by a car & everyone i dealt with was mean-spirited rude & disrespectful! the nurses, the x-ray person, even the security guard treated me like scum i was hurt & completely defenseless, not sure but i'm guessing it may be racial i'm afro american. BEWARE MY PEOPLE!
I've been a patient for 6+ years. Monthly visits and have spent well over $5000 but not anymore thank God! Jessica is the worse practitioner if you can even call her that. She is rude, lacks empathy, integrity and would be better suited in an occupation where professionalism isn't required! Why she picked this field is be too me as she will not only make you feel but also treat you like a criminal or a person not worthy of her time! Makes me nauseous to think I paid so much and never once missed an appointment, cancelled or even late for one! Instead I asked if I may have my prescription filled on day 29 instead of 30 so I may go on vacation with husband. She not only dated it for day 30 but handed it to me with not so much as have a good time! Unbelievable how health care and human kindness are no longer on the same spectrum. Don't go and don't expect a call back from Dr. Fenton because you won't receive one. That is the thanks for being such a loyal and extremely low maintaince patient!
My mom was in Presbyterian Hospital,Hammon Building 3rd floor for 14 days. The nurses, doctors and aides were outstanding. I can not say enough how good everyone was.
I was seen by Kim nurse practitioner. She showed no empathy and made no attempts to prove she cared in the least. I would think she was fresh out of residency or was in the field for nothing but the paycheck. I would recommend this office but wouldn't suggest making an appointment with Kim.
Baylor Medical is our whole family's choice.Everyone there is caring, courteous, friendly, helpful, highly professional people I have never met anyone employed there that I could say any less about.Thank You Baylor!
Barry Fenton is without a doubt the best there is. He can be difficult to get into see, simply because of the high number of people trying to see him. His personality is slightly more 'matter of fact'. But don't confuse that with uncaring or rude. Barry Fenton is anything but that. He is amazingly good and he not only cares, but he takes the time to truly understand the underlying issues at hand and then takes the time to find the best solution to deal with those issues. As an engineer I know the importance and value of having the very best expertise in every subject matter, and Barry Fenton is the best. On a scale of 1-10, Barry Fenton gets an 11.
The hospital is very clean. The nurses and doctors were wonderful. My Mom was very sick and we were so scared that she wasn't going to make it. The wonderful staff there made us feel very comfortable and at ease. We stayed with Mom for the first several days and met many wonderful people. After that we knew she was getting the best care. We even met the CEO. He was always visiting with famalies, other patients, and his staff. I have never seen a CEO of a hospital doing any of that. The doctor we had saw us every day. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He was truly a God send. This is the best hospital I have ever been in.
