We bought our first scooter from Neil and Tony over 7 years ago and have not regretted it. At that time, we decided to purchase one scooter to make sure we would like it and to see if there was going to be an issue with service. In both instances, everything worked just fine. We loved it so much that the next year we bought a second one. Service was awesome and Neil and Tony was always available to talk to us if there was an issue with our bikes and/or provide quick and efficient service for our scooter if necessary. We own a pair of the Chinese scooters they were selling at the time. Back then our scooters were great and with proper care from us and Neil and Tony they are still great - they are still in great shape and they look just as good as when we first purchased them new. So far, and over 7 years later, i can recall only having them do maintenance or upkeep service on the bikes like replacing brakes, etc. 7 years later and we have not had any major issues with our bikes but if there were, we were always comfortable that these guys would know what to do. These guys know these bikes very well. We are looking to sell my current bike and purchase a new one because I want a different color. (smile) I have friends who have purchased (2 have purchased) and we also have friends that own Vespas - they have said many times they wished they would have known about Blitz before they spent a fortune on a Vespa. We highly recommend Blitz Moped and Neil and Tony. Very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, honest to name a few. Great guys.

I visited today because of the positive reviews. I am very disappointed. The salesman was very unhelpful. He seemed bothered by my presence. When I asked if they ever had any used scooters he informed me that they do get them sometimes but they sell quickly. When I asked if they had a waiting list he informed me that they had about 10 people on the list and implied that he didn't want to add me to the list. He certainly did not offer to take my contact info.He offered me a decent discount for a new scooter and it was in my price range but when I told him I wanted to pay by credit card he said cash or check only. Credit card pays full price. I get the feeling these folks operate on a shoestring. Not good. Buy a scooter there and you'll likely have to find somebody else to service it. How Blitz got all the 5 star reviews is beyond me. If I could give zero stars, I would.The lack of service and disinterest shown was borderline rude. Two thumbs down.
Gave me a price to fix my motorcycle and a date he would come fix it. That day passed and he gave me another date. Then I got an excuse he didn't have the right tool. So after 12 day's I still have no date on when he's going to fix it. Not reliable. Well a follow up. He got mad at me and told me he was canceling because he can pick and choose his customers. What happened to customer service in America. lol
Returns calls promptly, texts to confirm, shows up on time, has all tools and parts on his truck! Doesn't mind if you watch and will teach you as he works! On top of that, he's a really nice guy! Will call again ! A++
We drove to Dreammachine in farmers branch tx from Louisville ky to pick up our Can Am Spyder that we bought over the Internet. This bike was everything that they said it was plus more our sales men Dusty was great and the finance lady Keri was out standing Dreammachine is a dealership you can trust. Audrey (owner), she talked me out of having to spend $300 on heated gloves for my particular situation.....the $90 Taichi winter gloves kept my hands warm, protected, and still allowed the flexibility that I was looking for. I have and always will have nothing but good things to say about her and Moto Liberty. Thanks to Moto Liberty for all they do for the DFW sport bike community!
Motoman (Eric) has proven to be reliable and efficient when I comes to mechanical repair on my toys. I have used his services a few times and I couldn't be happier with his work! It was easy to set up an appointment and he was able to get to my place within a couple days. He showed up at the scheduled time ready to work! He has repaired 2 of my toys and that cost me about 1/3 the cost of what I was quoted at the dealership to fix them ( EX500 and TRX450). I recommend having him look at anything you may need repaired before taking them to a dealership!! He saved me quite a bit!! Thanks Eric! I did however notice that the "extra number" listed is incorrect. 469-324-9711 is the best way to reach him!!
Eric was friendly and efficient. A great idea to bring the fix to you. What other shop allows you to watch them work on your bike and answers questions/tutors you while they fix what you can't? I will definitely recommend and use Eric again as needed. Not only because, I don't think you can find a better rate, but because he got the job done.
This guy is awesome. Helped me fix my crappy 93 Honda CBR to ride-able conditions. Will definitely be giving a call soon to get some more work done just in time for riding season :)
