I can't express how happy I am with the service I received from Real Deal Listings LLC. They helped me find a place when no one else would. Not only did they help me get my first choice out of all the houses we viewed, but they negotiated the terms of the lease and I was able to move in within a week of contacting them! A member of their friendly staff even drove me around to view houses up for lease as I did not have a vehicle at the time. I wholeheartedly recommend their service, and will absolutely call them again when I'm ready to lease or buy another home. They treat you like family!
Rude people. Can't wait to pay off my car. They will start calling the day after a missed paymt (I forgot) and I mean call you multiple times per day, every day, from 2-3 different local or non local numbers! Crazy! Your contract will say a 10-day grace period but they will tell you rudely that "...a grace period doesn't mean a thing!"...
Real deal listing was awesome. They saved me over 5k in fees. They also helped me find a new place to live and handled all the details. I have already decided to us them again when I purchase my new home.
I just moved here about 2 months! It’s been the worst experience ever!! The apartments are nice but management is the worst ever so dishonest !!! They will lie just to get you to lease with them, then at the end they will say something different!!! Don’t lease with this Company!!!! They’ll find every little thing to charge you! They give you the apartments super dirty so discussint they really don’t care about their tenants !!!

Loan source pre-approved a loan for our buyer knowing fully well buyer had no money for down payt and closing costs, as well as poor credit. We, the sellers, don't find this out until close to closing, then are expected to help the buyer with his loan costs. We find out by viewing our closing statement and, surprise! We are paying the costs for the buyer. Worse, they send an appraiser who deems our property now significantly worth less, who uses comps of houses in seedy neighborhoods. And the entire process took two months at that!
This is the worst property management company. I don't know why the homeowner switched this company. Real Property Management was much better!! I don't normally leave reviews but hopefully this will help this company come to terms that they have ALOT of work to do. I lived at the property for 2 years. It was 4th of July weekend my A/C went out, I called the office several times and left a message. I never got a response. I had to find someone to come fix it. I paid $165 for the repair out of my own pocket. When I finally received a call back from the office, 4 days later, I was told they would not reimburse me. Less than a year later the A/C goes out again. I put in a service request online and called the "emergency hotline" it took them 2 days to come repair it. I guess having no A/C in Texas is not an emergency. I called about the bathroom tub twice for the same reason, the 1st time they claimed they fixed it, the 2nd time the guy didn't have the part when he came and said he'd be back, never came back to fix it. I sent them pictures showing them how the walls were cracking and the ceiling was caving in, they never responded. Not to mention the staff there are VERY unprofessional with bad attitudes. I NEVER complained about anything in the 2 years UNTIL I was charged for not returning the keys in a timely manner, when their office was closed 4 out of the 6 days I was charged. I expressed my concerns to the owner and he was very rude, and didn't try to understand my perspective at all. I told his staff when I was returning the keys and they NEVER, as a courtesy, expressed to me I was being charged for those days. None of the THREE people I talked to told me that. I will never do business with this company again and will not recommend anyone to them. They don't care about the tenants, as the owner said his best interest is in his client, the homeowner.
