Some sports fans like to rock up to a bar and cheer on their team. Others live for the traditions: tailgating, party-hosting, and dressing head-to-toe in fan apparel. Here are so…
My wife visited this store to purchase a replacement concealed carry holster for me so we could visit the State Fair of Texas. She decided to only carry my 3-month-old son in her Bjorn baby carrier instead of getting the whole stroller out for a quick trip. She went inside, visited the restroom, then went to the gun department and asked for assistance to find the holster I needed. After, she went straight to the register and checked out with the item using her credit card... She went straight out of the exit and to her car. When she had taken the baby out of the carrier to put him in the car seat she heard a grunt and an "excuse me" from behind her. Completely startled and scared, she turned around to have a large man, less than 2 feet away from her tell her, "I need your bag to search for evidence of stolen items." Mind you this is in the parking lot and not within the legal bounds of the store... My wife, scared for the safety of our son and herself didn't even ask him to identify himself because she figured if he was going to rob her he would just take the bag and run. He shuffled through her bag then told her "we've had lots of thefts" before turning to walk back inside the store; no identification and no apology. She immediately called me panicking and not even able to process what just happened to her. I immediately called the store and was told by the manager on duty that, "none of my employees would do this and I'm sorry you had an experience like this. Probably just a bum or something.. We've had problems with that in this area." I demanded a call back on Monday (as it was Saturday and I figured the people who could actually take action were off for the weekend), but when that never happened I went for a personal visit on Tuesday. At this point I met with a different manager who proceeded to
Great store. If they don't carry it, you probably don't need it. Stop by and check them out.
Cool store! Very nice choice of everything for fishing, one of my favorite!
If you are looking for the custom hard to find products this is the only place in Dallas to go.......The big boys only have mainstream items, but true players this is the location.......
BAD customer service! I took some team shirts in to get personalized, and once I got to my car, I realized one was messed up. It looked like there was some residue left over between the letters from applying the name. When I asked what happened and if it could be fixed, I was told they messed it up, had to cover up their mistake, and apply the correct name over it. No apology was uttered AND the guy blamed me for the mistake, saying the list I gave him was misread by his employee. When I dropped off the shirts to be personalized, I gave them a printed list of names that corresponded to the correct sizes and verbally confirmed with this same guy which names went with each size shirt just to make sure we were clear. I didn't necessarily want a refund because it was only $4 per shirt, but I expected an apology at the least and maybe half the cost of the shirt back as a nice gesture. I will not return to this store or refer anyone here. Bad, bad customer service.
