I was the fourth car in line and it took 55 minutes for the process to complete. I had the Manager's Special Car Wash. I won a gift card at an event and this was my first and last experience at this car wash. I asked the woman at the counter if it always takes this long, and she said it should take 20 minutes, or so. I was 40 minutes into the game at that point.

I purchased a monthly service plan. It was good at first, until they scratched my car and knocked the logo off. The owner said that the scratch was just dust. Let's see , I drive through the car wash and the scratch is dust? I would think the wash would have cleaned dust, Instead I have a scratch. I showed him where it knocked off one of the lettering of the car. He said , " NO, that's just a glue piece". I said, "That glue piece was the backing for the letter of the series. He accepted ' NO Blame". I asked for a refund. He said I received a wash!!!Unless you have an old beat up car, I would not trust this place. Any Owner that blames the customer instead of trying to make up for his mistake, and doesn't even offer to reverse the car wash charge when I have been coming there for 6 weeks, Shouldn't own a business where customers are involved. Warning, Wash your car here at YOUR OWN RISK!!!!
YOUR WHEELS WILL GET SCRATCHED and they won't do a thing about it. This is the second time that My wheels have been scratched going through their stall. The bearing has been out on their tire brush for months and still hasn't been repaired. I brought this up the first time and showed them exactly what was causing it, we watched the metal bearing tub someone else's wheel right in front of us and they still claim no fault.
Bought the top wash package. Also bought extra door and dash conditioning and seat conditioning. The back seats were done but it didn't look like the front seats were conditioned. The mats were still dirty and the 4WD shifter area was still dirty both at the bottom of the shifter cover and AroundMe it. For $50 I expected better. The drive through wash seemed to do well. Only reason I gave 2 stars. Won't go back.
Service was extremly slow today. Took over an hour before they got to my car. At that point my car was dry so I had them clean my wheels so I could leave. I realize after holiday traffic is the worst BUT I feel things could have been smoother. Maybe next time.
I pulled in to do a regular exterior wash and the attendant there couldnt even look me in the face or speak actual words to me. I said hello with no answer as he just held his hand out waiting for my money. I told him which wash I wanted, put the money in his hand and he walked away without saying a word. I waited for a moment but another person working there was waving me up to come through the wash. I was then berated by every single employee I came in contact with because the first gentleman that took my money did NOT give me a ticket. One man even furiously knocked on my window with nostrils flaring yelling about my ticket. My windows are still streaked and I will not be back. Get it together Big Lou's.
I told my self I would go to the carwash across the street as the short Mexican lady that claims to be the manager, her energy is so negative towards me and others and when I Decided to use the other carwash, across the street I asked if they were unfriendly like that Mexican lady and they laughed and said look how many customer we have, there all here because of the attitude, it's so sad as I know the Owners at the Car wash club and having that Mexican lady running there customers away is not a good thing, she's so hateful that she has all the other employees be unfriendly as she is..MIA PLEASE Get RID OF Margie or what ever her name is and hire a person like you where you greed your customers with respect and in a positive professional way and right away that you fire her, your business will flourish once again by the grace of The Universe
The owner got a attitude problem .and not professional at all.screams and yells at everyone there .me personally will never go there or refer people to that establishment
Terrible carwash, didn't even get the bugs off!...& ZERO customer service..better off using a garden hose
